Cancellation & no show policies

No call/no shows and cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time will result in being charged in full for the missed appointment. This is to protect our time as we receive many appointment requests. Securing your spot and not showing up,  or cancelling last minute,  means everyone misses out on that appointment time. 

Please  know  that  we  do  fully  understand  unexpected  visits  from  Aunt  Flow.  We  also  absolutely understand  and  respect  your  personal  choice  to  NOT  want  to  proceed  with  the  service.  However  please  note  this  WILL  still  count  as  a  late  cancellation.
